Processing Time All orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at refinedstudios4@gmail.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
